Training modules

Four modules, one curriculum

Each module pairs a clear objective with the script and practice drill a rep needs to use it at the door.

Module 01

Door opening hooks

Scripts for the first ten seconds, including how to introduce the company, the service, and the reason for the visit without a hard pitch.

Module 02

Pitch delivery

A structured residential pitch covering surface assessment, scope explanation, and how to walk the homeowner through the options.

Module 03

Exterior cleaning scopes

Clear descriptions of driveway, siding, deck, and roof-line work so reps can explain each scope accurately and set expectations.

Module 04

Closing mechanics

Steps for asking for the estimate, booking the appointment, and confirming next actions before leaving the doorstep.

Objection handling

Direct responses to price, gatekeepers, and competitors

Price resistance, a closed door behind a gatekeeper, and a homeowner comparing another provider are the most common friction points on a route. Each one has a short framework a rep can apply on the spot.

Use the frameworks as a starting point, then run the coaching drills with a manager until the response sounds natural. Every drill is practiced aloud before it is used in the field.
