Setup checklist

Five stages to field activation

01

Onboarding and account setup

Confirm the client profile, workspace access, and company details. Assign a lead owner to coordinate the setup.

02

Territory and route preparation

Load territory assignments and neighborhood boundaries. Review route-planning resources with field managers before reps begin.

03

Training and script review

Complete training modules and confirm rep familiarity with door-to-door scripts and objection handling.

04

Tracking and reporting setup

Configure activity logging and scorecard targets so doors knocked, conversations, and estimates are recorded consistently.

Launch readiness

Verify before reps go live

Each audit area is checked by a manager before field activation. Items are tracked as open or complete within the workspace.

Turf tools

Equipment and tool audit

Confirm pressure-washing equipment, hoses, and safety gear are available, inspected, and assigned to each route.

Script compliance

Script and process check

Review that each rep has completed the approved script and objection-handling modules before knocking doors.

Manager review

Routine sign-off

Schedule recurring manager reviews of territory coverage, activity logs, and assigned tasks to keep launch progress on track.
